I saw Mark yesterday.. after how many weeks of not seeing each other? =) Anyway, he said he was "hunting" me since he saw my last post. He was glad to have someone to talk to about One Piece and that I somehow got "into the wagon" with him. So we got to discussing One Piece and now, I'm here to get it on the record of the bet we made yesterday. My bet is that neither Franky nor Paulie would get "enlisted" into the Straw Hat crew and that the Straw Hats would still be without a shipwright. Mark's bet was that Franky would be the one with the StrawHats in the end because he can build ships and war ships at that. Another is that he was also in a picture with the other straw hats (my arguement was that the people in that picture were those in the main major fight in the current arc. Robin, Usopp (Sogeking), Zoro, Luffy, Sanji, Chopper and Nami versus those agents of CP9 (minus Spandam)--). He also said that since Franky would definitely get a bounty on his head and that he would be on the run. He could still have the blueprints memorized and that the government might still be after him for that. My thinking was that Franky could never leave his Franky family and that even if the blueprint was memorized in his head, that would mean Ice would be after by the government too (Mark's counter was the government couldn't touch Ice and that's why he was targeted to be murdered in the first place). Our second bet was on Go Merry, whether the Straw Hats would still use it or not. My take was taht Go Merry would still use it. The apparition that was Merry did say that it will still carry the crew for a little while longer but, in my take, it 's until Go Merry can be repaired in some way. Go Merry is special and just like some people believe in the precious things (like boats and cars) and give them names (believing in some way that they have souls of sort in them), Go Merry is as such. Go Merry is one of the crews. Mark's bet was that Go Merry would be treasured in Water 7, under the care of Ice and that Franky would build a new ship for the Straw Hats and named it Go Merry 2. He said that even if you do believe that the boat has some sort of soul in them, if there is a major damage to the boat that cannot be repaired, they would still be in major danger.. or something in that direction. Let's see... what else did we bet on... I refused to bet on which one would become a couple since this is a shounen manga. I don't think Oda sensei would be interested in that. Have you seen a shounen manga that clearly stated in the end of which one of their characters have ended as a couple? I don't I have seen one. Mark wasn't interested in that anyway... I know there was one more... Bounties... Only Zoro, Robin, Luffy and Franky would have bounties increased definitely. Mark's bet was that Sanji would finally get his bounty and Nami, Chopper and Usopp would have one on theirs. My take was just I just don't think Sanji and the others would have any. There are just too many fighters in that arc to single one out and Zoro and the others have already have bounties on theirs and they're the one that are well-known. Sanji and the others have fought in the Alabaster arc and they still didn't get any bounty.. they were pretty much was seen by the marines too (including Tashigi). Mark and I agreed that there wouldn't be any bounty on Paulie and on each member of the Franky family. Again, too many to single out one... unless the Marines do a research on the Franky family but still, the Frankies could go underground and be in disguise and be under the protection of Ice. Next adventure? I can't even hazard a guess! But I'm sure that it's be as awesome as the other adventures as before. There is one thing I'm puzzled. Back in Alabaster, after Crocodile's defeat, there was one scene in the desert where there was a doctor saying to someone who he had cured and was leaving that he/she had forgotten his/her hat. I couldn't figure out who that was.. and Mark couldn't remember that part either. Does anyone knows? Lastly, I've surfed through YouTube lately. I have heard about it but I didn't really went to the website and surfed around it until now. I found I could watch music videos that I couldn't find anywhere. I've posted them here, just in case you're interested. One Piece Music Videos Chieko Kawabe - she reminds me of Ueto Aya-san. Same smile. Bazoo - I finally found some music videos of this Thailand group. I've been a fan of theirs since the first time I saw them in MTV-Asia back in 1999 (or was it 2000? It was somewhere that time... they're were just starting). Their songs are usually the dance type. They're hip and my little nephew loves them. He was 4 yrs old around that time and whereever he was, he would stop and look towards the sound of Bazoo's song and dance along.. hehe.. he was soooo cute. The last few songs are their old ones. This is the song my nephew loves and the one where I've found them and been a fan ever since. That's all for now... Gotta go and hunt some more. XD Gah... gotta work on my layout. |

Wahh!!! I got wireless at home! Hehe.. so lucky that someone with a wireless connection lives near me. =P Now maybe I can maintain my blog and other things. Only thing is, this connection is unstable.. it's very weak and it cuts me off every now and then. But I'm still lucky. This should be enough for now, just for blogging and stuff. I used to see these connections all the time but not be able to connect. Since I've re-installed my OS, I was able to connect now, hehe... Even though I say it's slow, it's pretty fast for what my comp tells me (it's telling me "very low" connection but I'm still getting good speeds than 56k). There's plenty of things that I wanted to post that I keep forgetting before. A special friend of mine back in elementary had found me through friendster. Wow.. I didn't think she would remember me. She was my best friend back in third grade. We visited each other's home once and I remember promising her to visit her in her home again. She told me that we promised we will when we're old.. I didn't remember that. She also remember things I forgotten.. like how we practiced singing for presentation to the school. I was surprised cuz I'm pretty much tone-deaf now. I can't sing to save my life. However, I do recall singing in my grandparent's wedding anniversary/family reunion back in elementary. We've lost touch after that year. But she told me that she was still in school, in the morning sections. Funny, I thought she moved after that year. I don't recall seeing her afterwards. But it's still great... I've been looking for her too.. but she got greater skills in finding persons than me. Now, if only those 2 best friends I had in 6th grade would find me as well. ^^ Been trying to collect One Piece anime for my little gremlins.. ahem, I mean cousins.. I can't believe I've thought One Piece was boring. I couldn't get past that first chapter cuz it bored me. I only read beyond chapter 1 bec I was bored and had nothing to read. One Piece is amazing. It's really good, filled with adventures and funnies. Oda-sensei is so great for being so creative and keep providing us with these amazing adventures for the Straw Hat pirates. I think the scene that I really like was during the Arlong Arc, where I think they had their first major battle, and in the recent Enis Lobby arc. I found the way to Enis Lobby was funny. The Franky Family kept being amazed by the sheer strength of the Staw Hats. Luffy can be cute when he looks serious, you know. He's also adorable when he's being silly. Nami's cute and it's good that she's smart as well. I'd hate it if all she is, is just to be cute. Usopp's an amazing sharpshooter. His scenes are good as well and not typical. I like Sanji too.. except when he gets all deformed when he's in a "love mode". He reminds me of those characters in MAD magazines, not that I think MAD magazine is a horrible magazine. I've read those.. it just doesn't look good when Sanji does those poses. But he looks cool when he's fighting bad guys. My favorites are Zoro and Chopper. They're both so cool and Chopper's sooooo cute. The voice for Chopper is just right too.. cutesy. Oniisan.. if you're reading this and have not yet decided on what to wear to your con... how about Zoro or Luffy? =D Ahh... I can't wait for more One Piece. I don't think it'll end with Enis Lobby.. no, there's still too much to say and solve. There's the D that Oda-sensei told us that he will tell us in time what that D means. There's still the One Piece to be found or at least the end of the Grand Line adventure. The polyglyphs.. well, it can end here in Enis Lobby in regards to those since it's clear that Robin will never reincarnate the ancient weapon and there is no danger in it anymore. I wonder how far my counsins had seen of this anime... Oh, even though Sanji can act weird at times with his "lovey" poses, I still think he should end up with Nami. And Zoro should end up with Tashigi. =P |

 Today I'm going to babysit for a friend of my sis. My sis told me yesterday and wanted me to call her. I thought, shouldn't she be the one who should call me since she's the one who needs something? Was I wrong to think that? When I tried to ask for a book that I lent to one of her friends, she would want me to ask them myself. Anyway, that was just my thought. Didn't want to ask her myself, lest she'll think something else again and tell me on her friends (poor her). But I didn't want to call her so I just texted her. So now I'll be babysitting her two kids today. They're both cute but I wouldn't be surprised if they heard something about me from their parents. And they wondered why I don't want to go with them on their camping. One of the kid, a boy, is in elementary. The other one is around 2 years old. Both are hyper!! I only babysat for my cousins who were around 5-8 years old before but they're not as hyper active as these two. Makes me wonder what to do with them during the babysitting. The last one I babysat was the girl that I'm babysitting today, when she way just a baby. All I had to do was sit and watch her and make sure that she's content. And when the boy came home, he would watch tv or play with her. But now both have grown up and is super hyper. They won't stop moving. Come back to me tomorrow and see if I survived from babysitting them.. hehe. ^^ I still have yet to get some pictures up from the sightseeing I did with my parents and brother-in-law. One thing i would like to mentioned, during one of those times, a group of japanese guys came to tour the Alcatraz. Hehe.. mom wanted to know if I could understand what they were saying. I had my earphones on and one group of them was walking past, so when I took my earphones off, I couldn't hear them anymore. But later I heard one of them said "Nai" which means that it isn't there anymore or they don't have it with them. Dunno what he was looking for but that was what I heard. I dunno, something about japanese guys makes me smile. But these are young dudes... too young for me even if I do know how to flirt. I was looking if they have any female companions but didn't see any so it made me think that they might be a team who won something or maybe they came from an all-boys school. I did wanted to talk to them to try out what I've learned from my japanese class. Heck, I need more than one person to practice any of the languages I've learned or one that I can converse with anytime. So far, my japanese is getting rusty. |

 July 13, 2006 Thursday I'm at the school library now. Earlier, I went sightseeing with my parents and my brother-in-law (officially). My parents had been here for about a month now. The last two weeks was so busy. I've been the driver for my parents last week and I had to accompany my brother-in-law as he take my parents around San Francisco. He's afraid that my parents might eat him.. hehe. We went to the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf and Golden Gate Park. The Conservatory of Flowers is gorgeous. Lots of plants and flowers to see. Didn't get to read the posts of information as I kept clicking away for pictures. What I really want to talk about (I'll talk more about the sightseeing later... this is more recent)... MPKSFIEPBTTQ!!! TBGBLKEYCPCGRQ!!! Not only she uses the car more often than I do and she uses it to drive her friends to places and now, I've found out she also lent it to her friends. And she thinks I've overreacted when I asked her to at least clean the car since she and her friends often dirtied it? It was supposed to be my car! They can't blame me if I kept saying that it's not mine since IT NEVER FELT LIKE IT from the time my parents bought that car for me. GEEZ! I don't mind if she uses it now and then, but I hardly get to use it. And what's the difference of exchanging cars (Ramon and "MY" car) when both are at school at the same time only I drove Ramon's car today (since she drove mine to school this morning? Since they used "MY" car often, they should let me used theirs once in a while. I really BLCGKZPCRCGS. UNLNYCFCAQCLRQ. She should just buy that car. It pisses me off when everyone keeps thinking and saying that it's mine when it hardly felt like it and that I should keep it clean. Oh, BTW, if you don't want to piss me and make me close my gallery down that'll piss you off again, please do not hotlink to any of the images located there. There are a lot of free image hosting that can host your images for your layouts or to post for forums. Do not be lazy. Just copy them to your hard drives first (they're not really that big in file sizes so you shouldn't have any problems downloading them) and then upload them on free images hosting services. I'm saying this instruction in case you don't know how simple it can be. I'll even tell you some of the free services I uses: www.imageshack.us www.pix8.net www.photobucket.com That or be content with the basic layout that those blog services offers or get someone else to do it for you. I would, if you can trust me. If you still don't understand, then don't think about making a website or a blog. Sorry, I watched too many House episodes to be a nice girl right now. |

 Hello. I hope all of you have a wonderful winter holiday! Sorry for not updating for so long. School takes most of my time now. And I don't have internet access, so although I did upload before vacation started, I forgot to post it here. Sorry >.< Anyway, I'm making changes again. Sorry but after talking with friends, I've decided to remove those mangas that I've hosted whose scanlators have policies on getting their permission first or those who don't want their mangas hosted by others or uploaded in those free ad-supported file hosts (like megaupload). Since I won't be using my streamload account in that way for a long time, I have to use those file hosts. And since I don't have permissions on those mangas I'm hosting, except for Beauty Pop, so I'll be removing most of the mangas in my hosted manga site (Obentou: Mangascans) - including Goong.
